⚖️

We're independent — and we mean it literally. Onuhiowise is not Three, O2, EE, Tesco Mobile, Vodafone, Sky Mobile, or iD Mobile. We don't take payment from any network to feature them more prominently, and every network on this site gets the same depth of coverage. Anyone who contacts us will hear that clearly, every time.

Common questions

Before you get in touch, read this.

Is Onuhiowise an official network website?
+
No. Onuhiowise is independent. We are not Three, O2, EE, Tesco Mobile, Vodafone, Sky Mobile, or iD Mobile, and we're not an agent, reseller, or partner of any of them. We provide general guidance only.
If I call or message you, who am I actually speaking to?
+
You're speaking to Onuhiowise's own independent guidance team. We will always say so clearly. We are never your network's official customer service, and we cannot access your account or make changes to it.
Why don't you show any prices?
+
Prices and offers change constantly across every network, and we'd rather give you accurate, current guidance on how plans work than risk showing an outdated figure. Always confirm final pricing directly with the network.
Do you favour any particular network?
+
No — we cover all seven networks on this site to a similar level of depth, and we don't take payment from any network to feature them more prominently.
Can you make changes to my account or process a SIM swap?
+
No. We can't access any network's account systems. For account-specific actions, you'll need to contact your network directly using the number on your bill or their official app.
How do I switch UK network and keep my number?
+
Text PAC to 65075 from your current phone. A free 9-character code arrives within minutes. Give it to your new network at sign-up — your number transfers within one working day.
Which network has the best 5G coverage?
+
Independent testing in 2026 places EE ahead on overall signal reliability, O2 ahead on landmass coverage (including a new satellite layer), and Three ahead on peak speed in some tests. See our Coverage & 5G guide for the full breakdown across all networks.
Is EU roaming free on UK networks in 2026?
+
O2 is currently the only major UK network offering free EU roaming on every standard plan. Three's Go Roam covers more destinations worldwide but with tighter fair-use limits. See our Roaming guide for specifics on each network.
What are my rights if my network raises my price?
+
Since January 2025, any annual rise must be disclosed in exact pounds and pence at sign-up. If it wasn't, you may be entitled to a 30-day penalty-free exit. See our Your Rights guide.
How do I make a complaint about my network?
+
Contact your provider directly first and get a reference number. If unresolved after 6 weeks, you can escalate free to an independent ombudsman scheme — see our Your Rights guide for which scheme covers which network.

Independent guidance notice: Onuhiowise (onuhiowise.online) is an independent information and guidance website covering all major UK mobile networks equally — Three, O2, EE, Tesco Mobile, Vodafone, Sky Mobile, and iD Mobile. We are not any of these companies, not a reseller, not an agent, and not an authorised partner of any of them. We do not sell SIM cards, contracts, or airtime, and we do not display or quote pricing anywhere on this site. If you contact us by phone or form, you are reaching Onuhiowise's own independent guidance team — never a network's official customer service line. Our team will always introduce themselves as Onuhiowise, an independent service, and will never claim or imply that we are O2, Three, EE, Tesco Mobile, Vodafone, Sky Mobile, iD Mobile, or any other network. Network names and colours used on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, used only so you know which network a page is about — this does not imply any partnership or endorsement. Always confirm final pricing, contract terms, and account-specific matters directly with your network.
Safety: Never share your card number, online banking password, or one-time passcodes (OTP) with anyone over the phone, including our team. We will never ask for these. If you're ever unsure whether a call is genuinely from us, hang up and use the number shown on this page directly.
